Originally the Lexus was designed as a 9 storey building with one elevator. We have re-engineered the hotel and is now a 12 story with two high speed elevators. Floors 7-12 will be condo units with unobstructed views as each unit has floor to ceiling glass windows. Floors 3-6 are hotel rooms. Floors 1@2 will be lobby services and
there will be limited parking in the basement with storage lockers for unit owners.
