DM Residente This hotel is extorting money from the guest by asking them to pay for their faulty ldoor locks. Stayed in room 234. The card could not read due to faulty lock and was issued with both a key for opening and a card for slotting for electricity.The key was misplaced and was told to pay 5000 pesos for a faulty lock.Was even asked to take away the faulty lock for sovenior.
This is day light robbery right?
