Lorietta's Apartelle I have stayed here twice now as its a great location. First time was frustrating with the internet (Which I use for work) off for most of the time I was there (4 weeks) The staff made no real effort to fix it. Then the TV went off for 2 days and it took the staff a whole night before they called the company. Only when I went to the reception and was angry did they do anything.
I went back a second time because I emailed them and asked if the internet had been fixed and of cause got the reply that all was ok. To my anger when I got there and had checked in I was told that they still had a bad internet connection and it would take a month for it to be fixed. They told me that had changed to PLDT and they needed to upgrade at the end of the current billing period. I then found out that indeed they had changed to PLDT but for the reception area only and it was a good reliable service but the rooms were with the old providor and still no internet 75% of the time. They have a contract with the current providor and cant break it because they have a penality if they do. SO THE CUSTOMER PAYS WHILE THE STAFF HAVE A GOOD CONNECTION IN THE RECEPTION WHERE ALL THE STAFF PLAY.
Rooms are old and all need repair work
I checked out after 2 days and refused to pay for the room.
I would never go there again , lots of hotels around the loaction with far better services for just a little more money.
FORGET THE PLACE GUYS!
