SMALL ONE BEDROOM - These units are $200 a month with an electric deposit of P4000. We have electrical sub-meters on all units. The cost of electricity is supposed to be increased 48% this month, which is the reason we have increased the electrical deposit. Previously, electrical was running between P1500 and P2500 on these units.
LARGE ONE BEDROOM - These units are $300 a month with an electric deposit of P6000. These units are furnished the same as the small one bedroom units and are more luxurious. they have air-conditioners in the living room and the bedroom. They all have built in wall safes and ADSL.
LARGE TWO BEDROOM - These units are $400 a month with an electric deposit of P6000. The large one bedroom, units are furnished the same as the small one bedroom units except they are much more roomier and luxurious. they have an air-conditioner in the living room and each bedroom. As you can see, your best deal is on a monthly basis, but if you are staying for a shorter period of time, we can accommodate you. Naturally, shorter periods will end up being a bit more expensive, but with the above rates, you can figure your exact cost.
Depending on when you plan on being in Angeles, will depend on availability of the various sized units
A confirmed reservation can be made through the use of a deposit, which will hold your unit for you until you arrive even if you are several days or weeks late. Deposits can be made via PayPal if desired. My account at PayPal is oltjenbruns_dad@hotmail.com the same as my email address. Your deposit may be refunded to you up to 30 days prior to occupancy.

If you are staying a shorter period than two months, arrangements in advance can be made reducing the deposit. We normally let our renters use the deposit for the last month they stay. You pay for your own electrical consumption and replacement of LP gas if you run out (container of LP gas costs about ($20). Each unit has sub-meters, which we read to find out how much to charge you for electricity. During July of last year(a bit hot), the average electrical cost per unit was P2500 (about $48), except for one unit who must have only used his fan and refrigerator had an electric bill of only P700 (about $14).
We do have available a couple of bunk beds which can be used instead of the large double bed if you give us advance notice so we can rearrange the furniture.
All reservations are strictly first come first served unless you have a confirmed reservation.
